It's completely normal to feel nervous before your first wax! We specialize in first-time waxing and can't wait to welcome you to our table. Here are some tips to help you prepare:

• Avoid alcohol and caffeine on the day of your appointment

• Stop using retinols 5-7 days before any facial waxing

• Take an ibuprofen 30 minutes before your appointment to minimize discomfort

• Wear loose-fitting clothing and cotton underwear

• Try not to overthink it—you're in good hands, and we'll make sure you're comfortable throughout the process

At least 1/4 of an inch (about the size of a grain of rice). Wait at least 2 weeks after shaving or 3-4 weeks after your last wax.

Yes! We wax clients on their period every day. As long as you're wearing a tampon, menstrual cup, or disc, you're all set. Just make sure not to hide or cut the tampon string.

Yes! Waxing is completely safe throughout your entire pregnancy.

Yes! No matter how bad your ingrown hairs are, we can still wax you. When you come in, we can talk about how to get rid of them.

Yes! Hemorrhoids are common and do not stop you from getting waxed.

Brazilian: Everything in the front, labias, plus the butt strip (between the cheeks). You can leave as much hair as you'd like, some people leave a triangle or landing strip.

Bikini Full: Same as a Brazilian, but without the butt strip. (The butt strip is actually the easiest and most addicting area to get waxed, so we highly recommend it!)

Bikini Line: Just the inner thigh (about 4 fingers' width) and 1 inch off the top.

Unfortunately, no. We specialize exclusively in waxing women and are only trained in vaginal anatomy.

We use high quality, vegan, hypoallergenic, hard wax to ensure your most gentle and comfortable experience.

While there's naturally some discomfort when removing hair from the follicle, we do everything we can to keep you comfortable. We'll talk you through the entire service and check in with you along the way to make sure you're doing well. At the end you’ll say “wow that didn’t hurt as bad as I thought it would”.

Facial areas every 2-6 weeks

Underarms every 3-4 weeks

Bikini Brazilian every 4 weeks

For the next 24-48 hours, avoid sex, working out, and swimming in lakes or pools. Essentially, try to stay away from sweating and bacteria-filled water. Your pores are wide open after waxing, which makes you more susceptible to breakouts during this time.

Your hair will start to poke through the skin in about 1.5 to 2 weeks. With consistent waxing, your hair will begin to grow back slower over time.
